Mack and Lissa - young adults

We have been contacted about two stray cats living in Dagenham. They have been abandoned by their owner and some kind neighbours are feeding them. But these cats are living outside day and nite in rain and wind and cold and the neighbours are very upset about this. They have dogs so cannot invite the cats indoors. We think they are young adults. Its obvious they are desperate to be homely housecats again. One of them has been stray for a few years now. Then other one turned up. One is a black longhaired and one is ginger.

Can anyone offer these poor cats a home, or at least a temporary home and foster?
