Welcome to the April Newsletter! We're now into our 3rd month and things are going well.
We've managed to persuade alot of people who never thought of rescuing to take in a rescue pet, it is lovely when people are open to the idea and you hear how happy they are with their new friend.
ANIMAL OF THE MONTH
Hello, my name is Seb and I am a beautiful Mastiff cross. I am about eighteen months old and I came into rescue with no proper training at all. I am learning now how to walk properly on the lead, although I can still be strong and I know sit, my recall still needs work but I am willing to learn. I like other dogs but I like to be boss and I am not great yet around other livestock! At heart I am a gentle boy, I love fuss and attention and I have lots of love to give but I need someone who wants to work with me and bring my education up to scratch. I can be a bit nervous, I have been hit in the past so would like to go and live where my human is kind but firm and fair. I will be such a loyal friend…
