Have you ever been homechecked? Yes, was home checked when I took on my rescue cat from the RSPCA about a year ago.
(please remember even if you have been homechecked some rescues may require a new homecheck to be done)
If no, would you mind having a homecheck? No, anyone always welcome to come and see me and my animals

2 Huskies. 1 female 6 years, spayed.
1 Male, 7 years neutered.
1 Cat aged 18 years old - Spayed.
1 Cat aged approx 2 years - Spayed.
1 Cat aged approx 7 months - Not yet spayed.
Are you able to keep any pets seperate from above if need be? YES
What animals would you be able to foster? Cats and small animals if needed.
Any other information or relevant experience? Fostered Huskies for about 6 years when I worked with the rescue so animals are used to new animals in and out of the house.
