Have you ever been homechecked? yes i was home checked by poodle rescue and cleared this was end of last year but i would not mind being done again
(please remember even if you have been homechecked some rescues may require a new homecheck to be done)
If no, would you mind having a homecheck?
If yes, can you please state who your last homecheck was with and when.

Do you have any children? Please state ages .no children.
Do you have any other pets? Please state type/breed/sex i have a 7mth old yorkie/westie boy will be done within next month
Are you able to keep any pets seperate from above if need be? yes i can sep i have a crate if ness.
What animals would you be able to foster? i could only foster low moulting dogs as i have allergies.
Any other information or relevant experience? i am 48 with lovely walks on my doorstep and my dos gets on with others.
