Homing requirements: Bella is skilled with children, dogs and cats. She needs other animals in her life and a family who are there for her. Bella needs a secure garden and exit management. Bella would suit a first time Staffie owner. Bella can cope with part-time hours being left.
Her Story: Bella’s ex-owner had her since she was puppy. She has been living with 2 Chihuahuas for the past 3-4 years in a flat. Her owner has been strongly reminded she is not allowed pets and had to find them homes. We agreed to take Bella and she has come into foster with cats and another male Staffie. She is beginning to relax and play. Neutered, vax'd and chipped.
Advert: Bella has just lost her home and was very nervous to find herself in a new situation. Her foster family are loving her and watch her relax more and more with each passing day. She is enjoying walking out with her companion dog. Bella travels well in the car and enjoys being on the sofas relaxing. Bella is housetrained. She doesn't have particularly good recall; her previous owner neither trained nor let her off lead. She can be left without events, except for when she went out of the cat flap and went walkabouts through a hole in the fence! Bella has a surprisingly loud bark though it’s rarely heard.
Bella is a dear little dog; a titch, the size of a small terrier. Despite her nervousness on arrival she obviously enjoys children's company and is settling with a Staffie 2x her size. She is getting used to having a garden and interacting with her foster children. Bella is a sweetie pie and has adapted well and will even more easily in her next and final home. She hasn't a bad bone in her body.
