This boy is about 12 years old he has such a lovely nature he is a bit stiff in the mornings and he looks so sad. The pound says he is not doing well in the kennels at all.
Eddie had an ID tag and collar on. He is not chipped. The address the dog warden has been to and the neightbours have said they are away. A notice has been served but nothing and no one has come fwd. I have been chatting to the pound owner and we are going to look for vets in the area. The ID tag was done how the law states so makes me think there must be someone out there on holiday and who ever has been looking after this boy are the ones that do not care.
