Behaviour Advice needed

We have been contacted by a gentleman who is unfortunately thinking of rehoming his dog as they are fighting.

Is there someone who can possibly get in touch with this gentleman and help him so he doesn't have to rehome them.
The dogs are Brindle boxer 5 years old and shar-pei 6 and half years old. The boxer is un-neutered and the vet has told them this will make no difference to the fights. It doesn't seem to be one dog that starts the fights, they both go at each other but the Shar Pei is coming off worse off.

Yep, I thought it was a bit strange but as I'm not a vet I have to assume he's right. That's why I'm hoping someone with some knowledge in this maybe able to help.
