Tuffles, Staffie X, DOB 22/05/2011 - Leigh on Sea, Essex
Homing Requirements: Tuffles needs a family who can offer him the training and boundary tuition he has begun to learn in the last few weeks with his foster family. He could live with a bitch or as an only dog.
His Story: Tuffles was rescue from a dire situation where he was living in poor conditions with his father and sister. The daughter bought him home from her college "city pad". He lives alongside 2 cats and a Labrador bitch, he sadly doesn’t get along with the resident male. They have had a couple of fights so Tuffles in muzzled in the house and mostly they are mixing together. They have tried to find a rescue place for Tuffles. Her parents have neutered, vac and chipped him.
Advert: Tuffles is just learning what life can offer. He has come on leaps and bounds in his current home and proved himself so adjustable and delightful in character. He is off lead away from streets with good recall. Yes he is excited meeting dog and people but learning to settle as puppy dogs do. He offers his paw on sitting and is showing good manners. Housetrained and travels well in the car. He is not allowed on furniture and is crate trained.
Tuffles is a beautiful Staffie X who despite a poor start, is young and thriving on the opportunities offered by his foster family. He needs his new home and the family are trying to save him a 'winter kennel experience' whilst we try to find his forever family.
